I am a Registered Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and hold the designation of Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling – Provisional (MPCC-P).

I offer counselling for people who are used to functioning through stress, burnout, overwhelm, grief, anxiety, and major life changes while quietly carrying far more than they let others see. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware people who have spent a long time holding everything together… often at the expense of themselves.

With a background working in high-pressure and emotionally demanding environments, I understand how easy it can be to lose connection with yourself while constantly trying to keep up, care for others, or simply get through the next thing. Over time, survival mode can begin to feel like your default setting… even when your nervous system strongly disagrees.

My approach is grounded, person-centred, trauma-informed, and conversational. My work integrates somatic therapy, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and nervous system awareness to support clients navigating burnout, low self-worth, people-pleasing, identity shifts, chronic exhaustion, depression, stress, grief and loss, and periods of uncertainty or transition.

I believe counselling should feel human. Alongside insight, reflection, and practical tools, I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a supportive environment where clients can slow down, better understand themselves, and reconnect with what may have been pushed aside while simply trying to cope.
